The most painful one I have ever had, ruthless. A very nice lady to be fair. However I very much dislike everything else. She did Not even had gloves on or none of the standard procedures was done. Plus I had to strip off with the present of the lady. Not coming back even for free.

Really lovely experience. I was nervous as had never been before and highlights can go so wrong. The colours I requested were fine and they also managed to fit in time for a haircut which was great
