Christos is very professional and friendly in his approach to the treatment of physical injuries, Focusing on minor task adaptions and education measures, to prevent the pain from returning. For the first time in a long time, I feel like my shoulder pain is under control.

Deep Tissue Massage
Came to see Christos for a sports massage as I am training for my second marathon. Have seen many physiotherapists and can say without a doubt that his knowledge is deep. He spotted key issues that were never diagnosed. Received great treatment / detailed recommendations on how to fix and enhance my posture and performance. He goes above and beyond and is very attentive. Highly recommended to anyone in pain or wanting to improve/learn about how their body works.
