This was such a great sports massage and overall experience. Jiaying explained everything she was doing, asked very insightful questions and explained why, and offered more holistic advice on my overall wellbeing. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back

Christos has been my go to guy now for over a year, since he was recommended to me by a work colleague after I had a hip and knee injury from a fall down some stairs at work. He has also fixed various other problems. Simply the best!!!

Lovely space, perfect location and amazing service. Stelios is a well rounded therapist. The variety of treatments he specialises in and the way he explains and delivers each treatment combination in order to achieve best results is second to none.
