I've been seeing Christos kostas at Ck clinic for two weeks following a back injury. I'm really impressed by how he looks at the whole body, not just the spine in isolation, and I can really feel the exercises helping to bring back and improve my strength.
He has a really sympathetic and friendly approach to treatment, and is always very encouraging.
