I came to see christos for the first time, with terrible neck pain, I wasnt sleeping well and found focusing on work impossible. I had seen another physio the week before and think they made it worse. christos managed to relieve me if all pain and I had my first full nights sleep! such a relief. christos is a very funny guy and made me laugh through what was a painful time!!

Christos is continuing treatment on my right knee - he takes care to explain what the problem is. He provides an explanation of what has occurred to cause the problem and what he needs to do to try and rectify the damage. The treatment is not painless but the results are worthwhile and Christos is very knowledgeable about how to treat the sports injury.
