I was left outside in the cold for 10 minutes because no one answered the door or telephone. The stylist didn't ask how I wanted my hair blow dried and burnt my scalp with the hair dryer which stung for the rest of the evening. The cut was nice but I wouldn't go back particularly considering the way I was treated and the price.

Claire did a really great job with my 5 year old daughter, made her feel at ease and did a really nice job of her hair. Will definitely be coming back.
