Patient as ever with the whims of elderly lady not wanting to look too mumsie, Claire skilfully cut, shaped, trimmed an overlong scruffy mop of hair into a great spiky pixie cut. Love going to see Claire, she takes 10 years off me in just 45 minutes without fail.

I had just been through a breakup where my partner cheated and I had a wee cry while she washes my hair but she was so understanding and caring, offering me a hot drink twice and a good luck at the end.
I changed my mind about the style halfway through the cut and she just went with it, supporting my choice.
