I needn't have worried as Claire was absolutely fantastic. Took her time to explain what she was doing and why she was doing it and talked me through the whole procedure. Even straightened my hair to show me the colour before curling it. Such a wonderful atmosphere and felt totally comfortable. Love my new hair and will defo be back. 5 stars all round.
