It’s daunting changing your hairdresser but I’m so glad I did. I have been going to the same hairdresser for a few years. I was told about the Treatwell site by someone and was glad to be able to look at reviews before I booked an appointment. I chose claire because it was quite close to my
House and the price for colour, highlights and cut was almost the same as I was paying for a cut alone. The salon was easy to find. I cycled there so parking wasn’t an issue. But there is on street parking in the area available. The shop was clean and warm on a rainy day and looked welcoming. Claire really listened to what I wanted and I felt pleased with the end result , the colour was exactly what I wanted ana the highlights made it look more a natural and I was pleased with the cut. The only criticism if any and it’s just a small thing I had a lot of dye left on my hairline and it took a day or two cleaning it with baby oil and nail varnish to remove it. I’m sure if I noticed before I left the shop she would have done something about it. I’m definitely going to be going to claire to have my hair done from now on.
