It was the second time I went and I really love it. Claire is amazing. She gives great advice and is able to adapt what you want to your hair and face type in a way I have rarely experienced. I will definitely be back!

Whilst I could not fault the atmosphere and the stylists good customer service. Within 5 minutes of walking out my waves had dropped considerably. To the point that when i got home I had to rewash my hair and dry it straight for the wedding i was going to that day. Too many products had been put in my hair so it looked greasy despite being washed. My appointment was supppsed to be 45 mins I was given 25 mins. I totally understand I am not a regular customer but I should have got my full time.
