Through no fault of Millie who did my waxing, it was a painful wax due to my hair being fairly long. Other beauty therapists (in other salons) in the past have all trimmed down before waxing which makes it less painful. I guess not all places are the same. The reason for 3 stars - I am a seasoned Hollywood girl and like it bare so to come home and find a noticeable patch on the inner left lip was disappointing as I had to spend a further 30mins in the weirdest position trying to tweeze them all out so it looks even! 3 stars is also for the price. It's expensive for the result I got.
