This was my third appointment with Clare. When I need some help with a niggle or injury I know I can trust Clare to help. She is very skilled at what she does, and I get the sense that she loves her work. I’m also very struck by her knowledge of the anatomy / musculoskeletal system.
The treatment I had this time was definitely more on the intense side, as I was carrying a lot of muscle tension. However, Clare checked in with me regularly to make sure the pressure was manageable.
