I really enjoyed Clare's approach to treatment and wellness. She performed a quick assessment before beginning, and during the massage itself I could feel myself (especially the tension in my shoulders and neck) really relaxing into the process. I came out of the massage appointment feeling a lot more refreshed!

Lovely therapist, however the massage did not help with my pain. Not her fault though as I think my problem may be more medical than therapeutic.

The treatment room was really nice, Clare took time to chat about what was going on in my life/ with my body. The massage was excellent - really one of the best. She trained at the same place where I had my first ever Thai Massage (Wat Po in Bangkok) and it took me back to that time!
