From booking the appointment to receiving treatment I cannot fault the staff at Claritys, so friendly yet professional.
I have had bad experiences at other hairdressers before and if I'm being honest, it's made me quite nervous about getting my hair done but immediately I was put at ease. Paul listened to what I wanted and delivered, gave his honest opinion when I sought it, was very knowledgeable regarding different treatments and to top it all was really easy to talk to. I feel a million £s!
