Really loved my last minute trip to Clarity's for makeup and haircut and blow dry, was taken care of very well and even though I'm very indecisive the girls helped me choose a good cut and makeup style. Will definitely be back!

Had my hair cut done with Cathy, really happy with the result and my hair is under control now :) Cathy explained what she's going to do in details and I'll come back to have the hair cut with her next time.
However, I think the staff should have washed my hair gently as I felt pain when she was washing my hair.

I felt uncomfortable with the hairdresser as she made next to no conversation with me, so I had to just trust her to do a good job as i stared on at her chopping away which also seemed rushed because there was a client after me (something she mentioned when finishing). I wanted my hair styling a particular way which i showed, and got something completely different and pretty much worse than what i could do myself. So i didn't leave with the hairdresser look, which is something I've never experienced before. The hairdresser knew what she was doing but the whole experience made me feel really uncomfortable. The ambience was also non-existent, and the music was terrible. I was offered a beverage to which i responded with a request for tea, which never came to me. It felt as if it was asked out of courtesy only. I had high expectations given many reviews, so I'm very disappointed.

As always, the treatment at Clarity's I received (highlights, cut and blowdry) were of a really high standard. So pleased and will be back soon!

Having returned to Clarity's twice since, I cannot fault the highlights and haircut I receive each time. Really high quality service and experience, and great treatment. Cannot recommend enough
