No hassle when booking on line, the process was simple, i arrived at 09.50 and was welcomed by a very nice lady who offered to take my coat and made me a nice cup of coffee, Paul was very prompt and courteous, he washed and styled my hair exactly how i wanted it, i will definitely make this a regular thing
