My appointment was a little last minute so I really appreciated them taking me on. Although my appointment was postponed by 15 minutes (do note they might not be open at their stated opening hours), I was quickly served and given a warm cup of water. Mia was efficient - the haircut went fast under 15 minutes. The whole appointment was done in 45 mins. I would appreciate a warmer send-off, other than that everything was good.
