Eve was amazing from start to finish. She explained the dermapen to me and asked what I wanted out of it. Every step of the way she was informative. The dermapen itself was very uncomfortable but that’s expected, it’s never going to be a relaxing experience but Eve put me at ease. Eve text me the day after to follow up and also provided me with a cream and serum to put on my face which I thought was a nice touch.
