I’ve never left an appointment feeling so deflated. She spent the majority of the appointment telling me what other treatments I needed.(as to sell me her other treatments). She laughed at me when I confided I had had lazer removal done somewhere else (I explained I had PCOS) and it hadn’t gone very well. I appreciate she believes in her own products, but made me feel so small. I still have hairs in areas she waxed and feel if she had focused on the task at hand rather than talking about other services it would have been a much better experience. Will never go back.
