The shop atmosphere was nice however, for me that’s where it stops. I had nail removal and manicure; my nails were filed down too much and are now damaged. Wasn’t impressed with the manicure and on top of that even though we are in a pandemic and the use of cards are encouraged I had to walk for ages before I could find a working cash machine as they insisted on cash but was told this after my treatment with no signage otherwise saying the opposite. Overall, rather a disappointing experience.

Got my acrylic nails done here. The nails were applied well however some were uneven and the nails on both hands were not the same length. The nail polish was not applied very well with visible bubbles and dots from the polish, and when I pointed this out another layer of clear polish was applied which didn’t resolve the problem. Overall the nails stayed on well and the shape and colour was what I wanted but there are many improvements that should be made.
