I booked two appointments for pedicures (12pm and 1 pm) for my mom and I. We arrived at 12pm. The lady said she tried to call me for me to come at a later time because they were “running late” but she couldn’t reach me. Instead of honouring the appointment like any professional place would, she decided to move it without my knowledge. No missed calls and it was clear that she took a walk in and gave my spot away. I didn’t return and lucky i didn't pre-pay! Went somewhere else with better service

Tinh was caring and funny - made me feel relaxed. She was thorough but gentle with the pedicure and painted my nails perfectly! I'll be coming back.
