The lady was lovely and the salon is very clean and accessible. However, my experience while getting the haircut wasn't so great. She didn't quite get my haircut right (which isn't the biggest issue as it'll grow back and I only paid £18) but the process of getting the haircut was rather uncomfortable as she was not the gentlest whilst handling the hair. The deal-breaker for me was after the cut, I had A LOT of hair sticking across my face but she didn't offer to do anything about them which I felt was rather unorthodox as most salons usually brush the bits hair of hair off for you. I've had cheaper haircuts with better service so I definitely won't be returning here.
Excellent value for money. Anna did a really good job on my hair and she really seemed to know what she was doing
Booking on line is not so easy as you think as you do not check with actual salon if they are full at the time requested. so instead of 11.30 I had to change to 15.00. was not really convenient but need hair done
I was delighted with the visit - was dealt with as soon as I arrived and had an excellent hairdresser who cut my hair to perfection just as I like it. Will definitely return.
