I scheduled the booking for 2 pm online , they contacted me in the morning to change it to 1.30 pm agreed .
When I arrive I wait 30 min to be seen , the nail techn friendly but super slow never seen anything quite like it to be honest .
As I requested the French manicure they then changed places with other nail techn to Finnish white margins I was left with-uneven margins
I was dismissed when I asked
Pedicure took 2 HOURS
I also had a parking ticket when I arrived at the carpark .

This was only my second experience of acrylic extensions and I was so happy! Mai was professional, thorough and kind as I had no idea what colours or fancy stuff I wanted and she was able to advise me and was so quick! Now I have the beautiful nails I've always wanted!
I highly recommend Classy nails and beauty and I recommend booking through Treatwell as it was a seemless experience and it guarantees you an appointment as they are very busy and popular!
