I scheduled the booking for 2 pm online , they contacted me in the morning to change it to 1.30 pm agreed .
When I arrive I wait 30 min to be seen , the nail techn friendly but super slow never seen anything quite like it to be honest .
As I requested the French manicure they then changed places with other nail techn to Finnish white margins I was left with-uneven margins
I was dismissed when I asked
Pedicure took 2 HOURS
I also had a parking ticket when I arrived at the carpark .
