I booked an appointment online with Nadia without much notice, then immediately called to double check if I should reschedule or not. Was told she could see me.
When I got there, Nadia seemed upset and annoyed I had arrived. I told her I could reschedule but she said "we can take you" - I ended up getting a pedicure from someone else who didn't do a great job; felt cheated since that was not what I requested.
