Booked through Treatwell file&polish which should have lasted 40 minutes but it has lasted 1h and 45 instead. Upon arrival I said that I had a booking and Nadia checked her phone and made me sit down to start my pedi. Amy (who is lovely) did my toes and Nadia did my manicure which was very basic. Upon leaving the venue Nadia realised that my booking was for the day before and charged me £40 on top of the £25 I’d already paid as gel was applied to my toes and hands even if I didnt ask for gel!!

I received a beautiful nail art gel manicure (for £35), I was super happy with it, however after just 5 days it started chipping!
