The salon was great, lovely staff very kind and polite. Unfortunately I had to go from one salon to another between treatments but the staff were very kind and apologetic. The hot wax is done through a roll on. I’ve never had that before but it was very fast.

Hollywood wax was done with a roll on wax which does not seem hygienic to me. I mentioned my concerns but was told the therapist always waxed like this. I would not return.
I booked an appointment online with Nadia without much notice, then immediately called to double check if I should reschedule or not. Was told she could see me.
When I got there, Nadia seemed upset and annoyed I had arrived. I told her I could reschedule but she said "we can take you" - I ended up getting a pedicure from someone else who didn't do a great job; felt cheated since that was not what I requested.
