I booked a pedicure expecting Joanna (as listed on the app), but when I arrived, it was a guy instead, no one let me know. The pedicure was average and not worth £40. He left dead skin on my feet, and when I asked him to go over it, he just used a nail file which didn’t help much. He didn’t ask what shape I wanted in my nails. My feet were still dry by the end, I scrubbed off the dead skin and put on some moisturiser at home. Disappointing overall.
