Booked and pre-paid for one treatment and was given a different treatment (cheaper price). Was not offered the difference of the money back.
Unfortunately it felt very rushed and my toe was cut, the therapist did apologise for this. As it was rushed I had some paint on my toes and also one nail only had half a top coat done. Have been once before and had a great experience but after this experience would not return
