The service took far longer than expected, the nail tech kept trying to convince me to do other services, they were incredibly rough and i left with cuts on my hands, the application was bad (one of my acrylics was jagged and sharp, so I had to file it myself) and the nail art is absolutely horrible - the french tips aren’t even and the hearts i had done look awful
