There was slight confusion about the difference between normal manicure and luxury manicure (I had booked luxury and it said paraffin wax etc). But this seems to be more of an app issue (arising from standardised description of services across salons. The app even asks me to rate paraffin wax treatment while I did not have one). So, I will take care to book a regular one for my future visits and avoid all the confusion!
