My appointment started 15 minutes behind schedule and a very rude customer was given her treatment before me, even though I arrived before her and our appointments were at the same time.
The staff were nice but seemed stressed and not chatty with the exception of one girl. The manicure and pedicure were well done, just the atmosphere of the place would make me less keen to go back.
