This is the second time I have had a treatment here and just as good as the last. Valeria did it for me - she was very nice and quick too.

The room was cold and not decorated as if I was at the dentist. There was hair on the floor. The waxing was done with a at-home waking kit so not really good quality. The staff was really nice though.

Yesterday was the second time I visited to Claudia's Hair and Beauty and I must say I'm really happy of both treatments (Hollywood wax and full leg wax). I was assigned to the same beautician as the one who took care of me during my first visit; she is really good and precise and quite fast. I may have preferred a slower treatment, but I know they have a very busy timetable, and I am completely satisfied with the result anyway. The venue is not the most luxurious and sophisticated you can imagine, but it's pretty clean, which is the most important thing to me. I really think you should give this salon a try!

It was my third visit here and second session with the therapist Michaela (not sure about spelling), who is one of the best and nicest. I was running late for my appointment which was their last slot, so I was prepared to reschedule the session, but she kindly waited for me and did an excellent waxing as always. She didn't skip a single step and did a very professional job despite my late arrival. I enjoy talking to her too. The treatment room is not fancy but clean enough and well maintained. Now I regret one thing; how could I leave without tipping her! I would definitely keep coming back as long as she works here.

It was a small beauty salon but have everything needed. And all staff are super friendly and experienced. I had my haircut for only 10 pounds and it looked even better than the ones I payed for more money. I would personally recommend this place.
