Easy to find the venue which looks pretty average on the outside (and inside). Overall treatment was fast and I experienced no problems. Lady was very nice and would go again.

I went there to get a Brazilian Keratin and to wax my upper lip. Claudia did my hair and she took her time and did a really good job. My hair is very long and thick so some stylists often try to save time by doing bigger strands of hair when applying the keratin and straightening it but Claudia really put effort into it even though it took her lots of time to perfect my hair. My hair is completely straight now for the first time after a keratin! With the other keratins my hair was still curly but less frizzy. Claudia ensured me though that my hair will go back to normal after a few months, so I hope thats the case because otherwise I will miss my curls lol! Depending on what my hair looks like in a few months from now I can decide if I will go back for another keratin ( because the quality of a keratin really only shows in the 3 months following the treatment). The waxing was very good as well! Another stylist did the waxing and she did a very thorough job. At other places they apply the wax to the upper lip once on each side but this stylist applied the wax almost 4 times in small patches to ensure no little hairs are left. Big Plus!

The salon was pretty simple as far as decor but the staff were nice. They were also pretty efficient as I was in and out the door in about 20 minutes.

The therapist was so friendly, easy to talk to and really made you feel relaxed! She did a great job, was very professional and I would recommend going here, if not only for the great value for money!

The staff was very friendly, I had to wait for my first appointment almost half an hour but was very happy in the end with the hair cut and colour.
