I went for eyebrow threading. The therapist was very good. She did a much better job than some of the others that I have tried before in London. She gave me aftercare advice. I will definitely go back.

The therapist was really good! She was talking to me all the time in order me not to focus on the waxing and feel relaxed. She gave me a lot of tips and I will definitely visit it again!
Like someone said about this salon, You get what you've paid for.
I had hollywood waxing & underarm . The shop was easy to find and the facilities were okay level (Not dirty but not new.)
The staffs were friendly but didn't speak any english.
But the waxing was terrible!!!
She hasn't done her job properly, there is lots of hair left still (LOTS! sorry to say) under arms as well. And it was really painful, it seems like she didn't know what she was doing. Even for £12, it is too bad!
And she was already gone when I tried to ask her to do the missing part. (To the ground floor, the room for waxing was located in basement) As I got the ground floor, there were many people(including guys, I think they are friends of staffs) and I could not say I want her to do wax my private part again front of everyone lol anyway, I'd recommend to pay a bit more and get a proper one.
Arrived on time, but there was a delay in being seen to as the previous appointment was overran. The treatment room is very small and in the basement.
The lady could not speak english properly and so could not actually direct me properly.
She went over the same are of skin more than twice and then tried a different wax after the 3rd time. I was left with raw skin! As she didn't understand any english I could not even tell her to stop doing that.
Over all i guess you get what you pay for, but i would expect they know not to go over the same area of skin more than twice as this would damage the skin.
