Claudia is a lovely and engaging person. Very lucky to have met her. The treatment was spot on. I would recommend her happily. The salon is easy to locate and close to the tube.
The place was easy to find and close to Edgware Road station but was empty as the therapists were outside of the shop. It's very primitive looking but seemed to be clean. I paid for a haircut and conditioning treatment but I wasn't impressed by either. The conditioning treatment smelt cheap like the conditioner dispensers in the gym and was watery. I was put under an old-fashioned dryer for a very very long time presumably so the conditioner would soak in but it just dripped down my neck and face. I was very concerned that the person cutting my hair would not speak any English and was thinking of backing out but luckily Claudia cut it herself. She was very nice and friendly and I'd like to give her a better review but I'm afraid both the treatment and the cut weren't very good.
I've been visiting this salon (Claudia) for 6 months now and each visit I leave feeling really happy with my cut and colour. Over the last two years I've probably been to 15 different salons and each time I've never been completely satisfied with the results. My hair is very long (I'm often mistaken for having extensions) and it's also naturally quite dark but I've been having highlights for years and years. Since visiting Claudia I've found that my hair is the healthiest it's ever been! The colour is perfect every time, which is hard to achieve given my natural hair colour (never orange, always perfect natural looking highlights)! People are always asking me where I get my hair done which I think it the biggest compliment of all! I can't recommend Claudia enough!
Threading is usually very painful for me, but it wasn't this time. I will be back again! The venue is ok, it doesn't look great, but very convenient to me!

Claudia is lovely and does a brilliant job, would completely recommend both for this and the hair cut I had a few weeks ago. The treatment has really made a difference, and even my partner noticed !!!!
