Being for the first time at Claudia's it was overall ok for the money I paid.
The therapist did not speak any English at all, which I did not really liked it, however she managed to do a discrete waxing on my legs and bikini.
The ambience is very simple and clean.
Location is also all right, conveniently close to Edgware rd. tube station.
I think I willl come back anyway as value for the price is overall ok.
Excellent value for money, very happy. Place was easy to find and welcoming. Staff were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. I had a waxing treatment.
The therapist was genuinely a nice lady. Had me laughing in spite of the pain. Also very close to the station which helped. Price was best iv seen anywhere too.
Not a very good place, wouldn't let me change my appointment or use my voucher on a different day, £20 wasted. Quite disappointed with this. I would like a refund as now they have £20 for nothing.
got my eye brows threaded, location was great! a stone throw away from the underground; the lady was nice, i was seen on time; my eyebrows were just super amazing! she did such a great job! gave my brows a lovely shape, i have booked my next visit :-)...
