Worst haircut I have ever had. I will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed as don't feel confident to go back and ask them to correct it. Felt awful when I left. No hot water from tap, burnt my ear.

This is a cheap and cheerful place, but the staff was lovely and it was the best and most pain-free wax I've had in years!! That was my first time there, and I'll definitely be returning.
