Terrible experience from start to finish. I signed up for 4:30 pm on Saturday but called in on Saturday morning to make sure it is enough time. The receptionist first told me that my booking is overlapping with another one. She said she’d look into it and call me back. When she did, she told me that they could fit me in but they don’t have enough product so fine, I agreed to come in on Monday at 7 pm. I came around 6:45 pm on Monday but they didn’t start working on me until 7:20 pm. The hair stylist, Claudio, immediately tried to sell me more, telling me that I have to do this treatment every month, not to expect miracles, to buy shampoo from them, and started offering me hair extensions. As for my treatment, he said it will include the solution application for 10 min, brow dry and flat iron, then wash it out and style. The solution was left on my hair for longer than 10 min. He didn’t dry my hair thoroughly. His technique with the flat iron is sloppy. And then, seeing that it’s already 8 pm (and they are supposed to close at 8), he was trying to tell me that I have an option to wash my hair myself tomorrow, leave the treatment on overnight. I asked to wash it there and he told me that it would cost extra! Clearly not what he said in the beginning, or what the full treatment should be.
Claudio’s manners are rude, pushy, arrogant, uncaring.
Necessary to say that the salon is dirty and full of hair everywhere - on the floor, on left around tools, and overall have an unkept look.
Waste of money, just stay away.
