I've had a number of different treatments at Clearlight Clinic and I have been very pleased with the results. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and seem genuinely interested in achieving the best results for their clients - and the prices are also very reasonable, particularly for a clinic in central London.
I see there are some comments from others on here saying the 'ambience' is not completely to their liking. I guess it depends on what is important to you - if you want to pay for a flashy environment then this place isn't for you. But if you'd rather spend your money getting high quality treatments at reasonable prices, and in a clean and simple environment, then I'd definitely recommend it.
