The lady who washed my hair was lovely and I wished she could have cut my hair. I hated how they didn’t ask what I wanted when my hair was dry as it’s so much easier to explain that way. When William finally arrived you could tell he was in a rush. I don’t think he properly listened to what I wanted and he barely said two words to me. The haircut was a lot shorter than I would have liked. Wouldn’t return
