This is a very busy salon. Good location. Staff is friendly ok. I had eyelashes lifting and tint service with Jayda, she was polite and nice. However, I found she wasn’t very sensitive with people about the job. First, she did not wash her hands before starting the service. As I could smell cigarette from her fingers when she was touching my eyes. I had to ask her to wash her hands first. Second, she did not remind me to take off my contact lens, as this was my first time to do eyes lash lift and tint service, I wasn’t informed to take off contact lens. My eyes were very irritated when she removed tint on my eyes because the tint went into my eyes. And she was very rough doing that. When I looked at the mirror, my eyes were turn red and I could see tint colour on my contact lens. Which I was upset, because if she was a sensitive person with the job, she could see I was wearing contact lens during the service, or should just simply asked. And touching customer’s face without washing hands which was really unprofessional. She was a nice girl with no attitude. But I was very disappointed. And this salon is very noisy, as the hair salon is on upstairs, during one hour waiting for the service done, you could hear hair dryer noises and staffs were talking very loud at the next room. You could hear everything they said. It was absolutely not relaxing. I don’t understand why they don’t play some music to cover the noise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO THIS PLACE.
