Really lovely technician. She left a gap for growth of my hairs on one side but as it was untinted it meant that my eyebrows are now obviously uneven - Would have preferred to have been shown where she was going to tint it so I could have given preference if needed. Also some of my skin was taken off on my eye lid which is not ideal
