Booked for 9:40 only to find the shutter across the door when I arrived and a fairly abrupt guy at reception telling me the wax wasn’t hot enough so I had to come back in 10-15 minutes. Apparently the times are wrong on treatwell but no apology even offered. The lady waxing was lovely but it felt Fairly rushed, I was charged more than quoted on here (couldn’t be bothered arguing) abs I already have regrowth after 4 days. Unfortunately I wouldn’t book here again.
