Really fast and efficient in a clean, professional salon (hot Brazillian wax). No complaints.
Very good value for money , the staff were friendly when they greeted me and the lady who did the waxing was lovely and put me at ease as it was my first waxing.
The only thing that surprised me when I was in the treatment room the door didn't shut as firmly as I was expecting and there was frosted glass on the ceiling which is the floor of the hair salon , it was mostly covered over but I just felt a bit exposed, when I left the treatment room there was someone outside the room for their treatment and I didn't feel very comfortable knowing that the small wastepaper bin inside the treatment room was full of my used wax strips which you could see from the treatment bed , and either the next client would see them when they went in (or they the salon would have to carry a bin bag past the next client which I doubt they do after every treatment) - either way it didn't feel as private as I would have hoped for a bikini wax .

Although Alex was away, her substitute was also very good and very friendly. She also did a great job considering she was new to the salon!
