Staff were friendly upon entering the salon. It was quick & efficient but I could have done with more conversation about how much I wanted waxed off/how much she was going to do etc.

Fantastic service from Reno (?) - very quick, very thorough and no pain due to great technique and skills. Clean environment and great value for money! Will be going back.
