Lovely salon in a convenient location to Chancery Lane and Farringdon tube stations. Nice staff. Good blow dry which lasted I was happy with it. Thank you!

Sadly the very camp male receptionist doesn’t seem to understand that customers pay his wages. He seems to think he’s more important than anyone else. He is SO rude it beggars belief! He’s more interested in himself than doing a good job. Why would anyone want to make a booking when he seems so disinterested? He should never be let behind reception and certainly never let answer the phone. Management need to do something! It really doesn’t matter how good or bad the treatments are in this salon, if this self-obsessed individual is the first person you meet you’ll be left with a bad taste in your mouth. There are plenty of good salons with friendly receptionists, no need to subject yourself to the rude staff here.
