I arrived at my booked appointment time and was told Treatwell had “double booked” which I don’t believe would have occurred. I was very disappointed with the service and won’t be returning.

Got my lashes done. The salon was lovely and the owner Daniel is super sweet. Jayda is lovely too and was very quick however I am not happy with my lashes. It’s been 48 hours since I had them done and I barely have any left. They have almost completely fallen out and I’ve had multiple fall inside my eye etc which was uncomfortable. I feel bad complaining as it is a tough time for salons at the moment but it was a complete waste of my money sadly and I would not recommend the lashes.
