Very kind and reassuring. But after several electrolysis sessions, the hair was still growing week after week and I started being desperate if electrolysis really works. Being in a situation where you see absolutely no progress, is very demotivating. I had to search, but I managed to find a professional electrologist, and in only one session the hair was gone forever. No more growing back. Because electrolysis is a process that is damaging the skin, I find it particularly important that it should be working. If not, it's not just a waste of money, but also scarring the skin and super painful experience. Sorry for this bad review, but I could clearly see the same hair growing. I could also feel the hair being still resistant. Also, one thing I found a bit strange, is how long she took at every session to "test" her machine. Normally, since she had seen me for a couple of times, she should have kept the same settings and shouldn't start all over again.
