The decor was basic (definitely needs an update!), and I found the staff member fairly patronising. I'm sure she meant well, but I felt as if she were scolding me because she suspected I had shaved rather than waxed recently (I have been waxing for over a year, but it is my business whether I wax or shave anyway!). The wax turned out very well - but I don't think I will be back again, simply because I know of far friendlier establishments in Bristol.

The haircut I booked through wahanda was good but when I arrived they weren't aware of the booking - fortunately there was still someone available to cut my hair. The salon was nice and I'm very happy with the haircut but I would advise anyone using the app to also call the salon to avoid dissappointment.
Happy with my cut, just what I asked for. Stylist was very approachable so it was easy to explain what I wanted.
Was a great experience lovely and friendly staff. Would recommend anyone and come back again for future appointments and try out other services there
